In critical areas of performance, "almost right" isn’t good enough. A healthcare client needed a high-integrity clinical skills benchmarking and improvement program. However, they faced two key challenges: limited availability of senior clinicians to coach junior clinicians, and a geographically dispersed workforce.

We developed a comprehensive learning pathway and high-integrity assessment strategy tailored to the client’s needs and digital ecosystem.
