A world-renowned café chain sought our services with the goal of reducing customer wait times and improving the consistency of its coffee. However, a large part of its workforce consisted of part-time young adults with a high turnover rate — a common reality in the food and beverage industry.
Solution
A cheat sheet-type training manual that generalizes the brewing process of 30+ different drinks into a highly structured format, with minimal words, simplistic graphics, and key values strategically placed. On the left is a modified sample of the solution.
